The Unknown Reflection
I look in the mirror and I don’t recognize the reflection staring back at me. Where did Ann go???????
Her soul and spirit is crushed by unwanted flesh. I can hear her cries for help….. help to be healthy, help to be free from the pain, sadness and loneliness that has caused he unwanted pounds.
It’s time to find her again, not for just that reflection, but for her Mind, Body and soul that is yearning to be free. Join me on this journey to free the Mind, Body and Soul of Ann.
