The Knox County Health Department would like to remind community members that January is Radon Action Month. Any Ohio resident can apply for a FREE radon test kit. Click HERE to have a test kit mailed directly to your home provided by the Ohio Department of Health. The Knox County Health Department does not have any kits available in our office.
While the first kit is free, any additional kits to the same address will need to be paid by credit card on the online site. Questions on radon testing or radon gas health concerns, contact 740-392-2200 - Terri Hiller (ext. 2226) or Kyle Shackle (ext. 2227), licensed radon testers.
